Well first off, let me apologize for my absence from the blogoshere. With the unwanted stress of the holidays, I just was spending most of my spare time at the mall, frantically scratching off names on my Christmas list instead of in the kitchen, baking something delicious. Not to mention, I was working two jobs, pulling 15 1/2 hour work days for over three months, trying to make some extra holiday cash. But with all that behind me, I'm ready to jump back into blogging!!
I can't wait to show you all the fabulous finds I got for Christmas this year, but first, I'll share a little post holiday treat that will melt in your mouth! These mini Cherry Cheesecake bites are simply delicious and perfect snack size for last minute get togethers. I threw them together at 10pm the night before our post-holiday bash at the office, and they turned out beautifully! It's a quick, easy and very inexpensive way to impress!
